We are integrated with our colleagues in real estate, tax and planning. The team combines legal excellence, commercial acumen and an impressive track record together with a deep understanding of the construction industry. A number of our team are ranked as experts and leading practitioners in their field by Chambers UK and Legal 500.

We work on a collaborative basis which means you will be encouraged to share your ideas and get involved in the team's initiatives.

  • Advising on dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation, the resolution of claims under the pre-action protocol for construction and engineering disputes and litigation
  • Advising on dispute avoidance, risk management and contractual interpretation
  • Domestic projects in the main but with the opportunity to become involved in international matters
