You will own build strategy, operational delivery and commercial performance across the region, reporting to the Operations Director and deputising when needed.

• Strong track record delivering large-scale General Construction projects.
• Solid commercial and contractual awareness with clear profitability results.
• Experience leading high-performing regional operational teams.
• Strong SHEQ mindset and excellent stakeholder skills.
• The ability to think strategically while keeping delivery on track.
• Based within a commutable distance of the West Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, profitable and high-quality delivery across live and legacy projects.
• Taking full accountability for SHEQ, governance, risk and commercial performance.
• Running senior project reviews, CVRs and performance reporting.
• Bringing operational input into pre-construction and tenders.
• Developing your teams, planning resourcing and building succession.
• Strengthening client and supply chain relationships and supporting new business.
