Qualifikationen

• Significant senior-level commercial experience within construction or property development.
• Experience operating at Director or Board level or readiness to step into that level.
• Strong experience across quantity surveying, estimating, procurement and commercial management.
• Strong understanding of development viability, feasibility, build costs and land acquisition.
• Proven experience managing budgets, cost control and commercial performance across multiple projects.
• Excellent numerical and analytical capability to support strategic decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead the commercial function across the group, with primary responsibility for the construction business.
• Work with the MD to achieve commercial, cost, quality and programme targets.
• Lead cost appraisals and viability assessments for acquisitions and developments.
• Provide build cost assessments for potential acquisitions and land.
• Manage site budgets and development costs.
• Oversee payments to subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
