You will own build strategy, operational delivery and commercial performance across the region, reporting to the Operations Director and deputising when needed.

• Bringing operational input into pre-construction and tenders.
• Developing your teams, planning resourcing and building succession.
• Strengthening client and supply chain relationships and supporting new business.

My client is a well-established, privately owned main contractor with a strong reputation for quality, integrity and innovation. Following continued growth across the West Midlands, they re looking for a Construction Director to take the lead on their General Construction portfolio.

This is a genuine senior leadership role with real influence. You ll own the build strategy, operational delivery and commercial performance across the region, working alongside the Operations Director and deputising when needed. The business values long-term partnerships with clients, consultants and supply chain, so you ll be building something that lasts rather than firefighting.
