The role requires strategic leadership of a commercial portfolio, driving service delivery, financial performance and governance across a multi‑use asset base.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, cultivate senior client relationships and influence decisions at board level, ensuring immediate impact and ongoing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial property management for large portfolios.
• Proven ability to drive service standards and financial performance.
• Strong track record in client relationship management at senior levels.
• Experience overseeing budgets, reports, and governance for portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the commercial property management function.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio across offices, retail and industrial assets.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships with investors and occupiers.
• Drive income management, expenditure control and service charge governance.
• Support business development and pitches to win new mandates.
• Review and strengthen property management processes and reporting.
• Lead and develop property management teams to high performance.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and client reporting for accuracy.
• Ensure governance, risk and compliance across the portfolio.
• Provide senior stakeholder reporting and strategic guidance.
