Job summary

Amida Consulting Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Director to deliver a 500million+ iconic project in the UK. The role bridges corporate leadership and site operations, managing multiple large-scale packages, senior staff and client relationships.

You will lead strategic direction, drive performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while supporting corporate growth. Strong negotiations and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Construction Director or equivalent level leading large-scale projects.
• Experience delivering multi-package construction programs on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership of senior operations, commercial, design, H&S and planning staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and high-level operational oversight across major projects.
• Drive operational performance, streamline pre-construction and delivery processes.
• Ensure all projects are delivered safely, to high quality standards, on schedule and within budget while supporting growth.

• Lead high-value contract negotiations with clients, sub-contractors and legal teams.
• Identify, mitigate and manage financial, legal and operational risks.

A Top Tier UK and European Construction Contractor now require the services of an experienced Construction Director to deliver a 500million+ iconic major project.

This Construction Director will bridge the gap between corporate leadership and site operations, managing multiple large-scale packages and developments, senior staff, and handling client relationships.

Key indicates and responsibilities of the role include:

• Strategic leadership and high-level operational oversight across one of the companies iconic projects
• Driving operational performance, streamlining pre-construction and delivery processes
• Ensure all projects are completed safely, to a high quality, on schedule, and within budget, while supporting corporate growth
• Oversee the planning, execution, and logistical requirements of multiple complex construction packages simultaneously
• Direct, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of senior personnel from operations, commercial, design, H&S and planning
• Lead high-value contract negotiations with clients, sub-contractors, and legal teams
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage financial, legal, and operational risks
