You will take overall responsibility for operational, commercial and financial performance while leading high‑performing teams and building strong client and stakeholder relationships.

This is a senior construction leadership role focused on shaping project delivery, driving continuous improvement, and making a lasting impact across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Director in construction leading complex delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Drive operational and commercial performance, overseeing budgets, costs, margins, forecasts, risks, programmes and contractual requirements.
• Lead and develop project teams with effective resource planning and mobilisation.
• Manage key relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation to improve efficiency, quality, cost and programme.
• Ensure compliance and responsible delivery with Health & Safety, governance, CSR and sustainability.
