Qualifications

• Around 20 years of experience in construction architecture.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects at construction stage.
• Ability to lead directors and build trust with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery through RIBA Stages 4 and 5, from technical design and tender to completion on site.
• Report directly to the practice leadership.
• Oversee 3 to 4 directors, each responsible for their own part of the project, and a team of around 20.
• Own programme, contracts and the client relationship.
• Work closely with contractors, holding them to account and keeping the project on track.
