Groupe Legendre in London is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the successful delivery of construction projects. You will take overall responsibility for operational, commercial and financial performance while leading high‑performing teams and building strong client and stakeholder relationships.

This is a senior construction leadership role focused on shaping project delivery, driving continuous improvement, and making a lasting impact across the business.

• Leadproject delivery from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects aredelivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Driveoperational and commercial performance, overseeing budgets, costs, margins,forecasts, risks, programmes and contractual requirements.
• Lead anddevelop project teams, ensuring effective resource planning, mobilisation,collaboration and high performance.
• Manage keyrelationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internalstakeholders, acting as a senior representative of the Company.
• Promotecontinuous improvement and innovation, challenging existing processes andconstruction methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, cost and programme.
• Ensurecompliance and responsible delivery, maintaining high standards of Health &Safety, governance, CSR and sustainability across projects.
