Job summary

Worley in London is seeking a proven Construction Director or Senior Construction Manager to lead major projects and programs from our London Hub in Chiswick. You will drive safety, delivery excellence and client stewardship in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires extensive UK and international project governance experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex contracts and cross-functional teams while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Engineering or construction degree is required.
• A leading HSE qualification is required.
• Strong UK trade contract knowledge and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety culture and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and functional leads to deliver on time and budget.
• Collaborate with Delivery Group to share best practice and standardise delivery.
• Participate in key appointments and customer stewardship meetings.
• Manage project construction risk with proactive mitigation.
