Legendre Immobilier in London is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the successful delivery of construction projects. You will assume full responsibility for operational, commercial and financial performance while guiding high-performing teams and strengthening client and stakeholder relationships.

This is a construction leadership role focused on shaping project delivery, driving continuous improvement and making a lasting impact across the business.

Youwill take overall responsibility for operational, commercial and financialperformance, while leading high-performing teams and building strongrelationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Your main duties:

• Leadproject delivery from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects aredelivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Driveoperational and commercial performance, overseeing budgets, costs, margins,forecasts, risks, programmes and contractual requirements.
• Lead anddevelop project teams, ensuring effective resource planning, mobilisation,collaboration and high performance.
• Manage keyrelationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internalstakeholders, acting as a senior representative of the Company.
• Promotecontinuous improvement and innovation, challenging existing processes andconstruction methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, cost and programme.
• Ensurecompliance and responsible delivery, maintaining high standards of Health &Safety, governance, CSR and sustainability across projects.
