Job summary

Contracts Manager role based in Lancashire, covering projects across the North West. You will oversee a broad range of new build, industrial, residential & commercial construction and manage procurement, programming and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

A Tier 1 background and strong communication are highly valued. Salary £55,000 - £65,000 with a company car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Contracts Management experience in construction sector.
Experience with new-build and refurbishment contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong team player with high work ethic.
Highly organized, able to manage on-site challenges.

Responsibilities

Oversee a broad range of new build and refurbishment projects.
Plan and programme projects to meet schedules and contractual requirements.
Manage procurement and material reconciliation for best value.
Brief and support site/project teams on contractual obligations.
Review progress, budgets, resources, and forward planning weekly.
Coordinate permanent and temporary staff to match project needs.
Oversee subcontractor performance and compliance.
Supervise projects up to £20m in value (typical £8m).
