We Are Footprint is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead civils and groundworks projects in the Greater Manchester / North West region. The role involves managing Site Managers, subcontractors and site teams, while controlling programmes, budgets and delivery quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong civils/groundworks background with proven track records in multi-project management, client liaison, and cost control.

• Strong civils/groundworks background
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Good knowledge of programmes, budgets and subcontractor management

Contracts Manager - Civils / Groundworks

Location: Greater Manchester / North West

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + package

We're working with an established North West construction contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Contracts Manager into the business.

The role would suit someone from a strong civils / groundworks background who has experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors from pre-construction through to completion.

• Managing multiple civils, groundworks and construction projects across the North West
• Overseeing Site Managers, subcontractors and site teams
• Managing programmes, budgets and project delivery
