Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a full-time role in the UK construction sector. The position oversees several live projects across fit out, refurbishment, and general building works, with a salary up to £60,000 plus a £6,500 car allowance.

You will manage programmes, CPPs/RAMS, site procedures, and monthly leadership reports while coordinating with QS and site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery, health & safety and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing up to 4 live projects at any one time (more on smaller schemes).
• Managing project programmes and reporting progress against key milestones.
• Reviewing and implementing CPPs, RAMS and site procedures.
• Producing monthly reports for senior leadership.
• Working closely with Quantity Surveyors and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Managing Design & Build and framework projects from start to finish.
• Maintaining control of project performance, budgets and timescales.

Contracts Manager (Full Time)

Up to £60,000 + £6,500 Car Allowance

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Contracts Manager to join a growing construction business delivering projects across the fit out, refurbishment and general building sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing up to 4 live projects at any one time (more on smaller schemes)
• Managing project programmes and reporting progress against key milestones
• Reviewing and implementing CPPs, RAMS and site procedures
• Producing monthly reports for senior leadership
• Working closely with Quantity Surveyors and site teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Managing Design & Build and framework projects from start to finish
• Maintaining control of project performance, budgets and timescales

Project Experience Required

• Fit out and refurbishment projects
• General construction works
• Education, office and commercial projects
• New build schemes up to £5m, including steel frame construction

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager
• Strong understanding of construction delivery, health & safety and project reporting
• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
• Background with SME or regional contractors preferred
