Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a well-established fit-out contractor in Middlesbrough. In this secure, permanent role you will support contracts and project teams, ensuring documentation and records are maintained from start to finish.

You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams, manage subcontract orders, variations and handover material including O&M information, with training and development opportunities and long-term prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts/project administration within construction/fit-out or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist contracts managers on fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Prepare and maintain subcontract orders, variations, correspondence and project registers.
• Coordinate documentation with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Support project handover, defects, warranties, O&M information and close-out documents.
