Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator for our Leeds office to support the bid and marketing team on Public and Private sector projects. You will work with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to log projects, coordinate bid information and assist with drafts and capability documents.

Experience in construction consultancy is preferred, with exposure to PQQs/ITTs and a basic understanding of InDesign/Adobe being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Experience with bid/tender processes including PQQs and ITTs.
• Desirable knowledge of InDesign/Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Support bid and marketing teams across multiple projects.
• Logging projects and coordinating bid information.
• Assisting with drafts and capability documents.
• Preparing PQQs and ITTs as required.
• Liaising with PMs, QSs and other stakeholders.
• Handling minutes, reports and ad-hoc admin tasks.
