The candidate will manage a growing pipeline, work with the bid team on tenders, and target key decision-makers to convert opportunities into contracts, joining an award-winning contractor on a path of continued expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related industries is beneficial.
• Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with clients.
• Proactive, commercially minded with drive to identify opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop long-term partnerships.
• Research markets and target clients to spot growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with bid team on tenders, PQQs and presentations.
• Help position the business as a preferred partner and convert opportunities into contracts.
