Job summary

Pioneer Selection in Hayes, Middlesex is seeking a Construction Administrator to join a growing construction and infrastructure team. You’ll provide essential administrative support across live projects, maintain project data, update programmes of work and compile documentation for contractors.

You will manage spreadsheets and trackers, cross-reference survey and asset information, assist with build packs, process permits and support quotation, completion and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or coordination experience.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Full UK right to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support across live projects.
