Job summary

Build Maintain Recruit Limited is recruiting an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join a leading construction consultancy in Bristol. You will support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio from feasibility through to completion.

Work alongside experienced project managers, gain exposure to high-profile schemes across sectors, and benefit from structured mentoring and progression toward professional accreditation. Hybrid working and a collaborative environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Graduate Project Manager in construction
• Degree in a related construction discipline
• Good understanding of the construction project lifecycle
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn and progress toward accreditation with APM, RICS or CIOB

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of construction projects from feasibility through to completion
• Assist with project planning, programming and reporting
• Coordinate project teams and maintain project documentation
• Attend client, contractor and design team meetings
• Monitor project costs, programmes and deliverables
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies
• Assist with procurement activities and contract administration
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
