Job description

Our client, one of the market’s top 5 global brokers, is looking for an Account Director to join their UK Construction team based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team that is growing around 22% year on year. There will also be an opportunity for this person to build a team around themselves.

You will take charge of high-profile UK Real Estate & Contractors clients (FTSE 100/250), specifically dealing with lines of business including Contractors All Risks, Erection All Risks, Third Party Liability, Delay in Start Up, and Contractors Plant & Equipment. The focus will be on new project placements, but there will likely also be some annuals. Accounts will start in the £millions and rise into the £billions. This is primarily a client management position, but there may also be some broking involved, depending on candidate expertise.
