Job summary

National Energy System Operator (NESO) is seeking a Product Owner for the Connections Product team in Warwick. You will translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces and work with cross-functional teams to deliver more efficient, transparent customer journeys.

The role supports agile delivery, with hybrid working from office and home, and is open to full-time and part-time applicants with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of agile delivery practices.
• Passion for improving the customer experience.
• Knowledge of the energy system or connections would be a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Roadmap by helping to define and document features and user stories.
• Contribute to prioritisation discussions using customer feedback and data.
• Support Senior Product Owners and create user stories for development.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and sign off releases.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and workshops to refine requirements.
• Support training plans with the change team.
