Qualifications

• Experience managing conflicts within a commercial law firm.

• Familiarity with compliance technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflicts checks analysis to identify issues for new and existing matters.
• Collaborate with fee earners and partners to deliver risk-based solutions.
• Assist in refining conflicts search software, workflows, and risk systems.
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and risk policies.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as a point of contact for compliance inquiries.
• Support group risk initiatives and maintenance of information barriers as needed.
