Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects on periodic review and ongoing monitoring.
• Develop a structured, risk-based approach to file reviews.
• Engage with fee earners on file deficiencies.
• Conduct anti-money laundering assessments.
• Evaluate high-risk clients and establish EDD protocols.
• Run global conflicts searches and monitor sanctions.
• Mentor junior analysts within the compliance team.
• Deliver compliance induction training for new joiners.
• Manage the central compliance inbox.
