Responsibilities

• Analyze and clear conflicts of interest for new clients and matters.
• Collaborate to resolve complex conflict issues.
• Draft and manage conflict waivers and related documentation.
• Review and advise on client Outside Counsel Guidelines.
• Assist with the implementation of ethical walls.
