Job summary

US Law Firm in London seeks a Conflicts Analyst for Intake Compliance on a permanent basis. The role focuses on reviewing and analysing new business and conflicts to ensure compliance with firm policies, working closely with Attorneys and the Conflicts team in a hybrid London office.

Responsibilities include researching potential conflicts, reviewing engagement letters and intake forms, assisting with lateral conflict clearance, and preparing detailed reports for Partners.

Qualifications

• Prior/existing experience in Legal Conflicts (essential).
• Experience with data intake processing.
• Ability to commute regularly to the London office.

Our client, a top US law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Legal Conflicts professional who has existing/prior experience in Legal Conflicts and Data Intake to join them on a permanent basis in their London office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with both Attorneys and staff, resolving potential conflict and compliance issues - you'll be responsible for reviewing, analysing and researching new business and conflicts to ensure with firm policies and procedures.

As the successful Conflicts Analyst, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

• Working closely with Attorneys and the New Business & Conflicts team to identify ethical and business conflicts of interest
• Performing comprehensive research and analysis of potential conflicts of interest
• Reviewing draft engagement letters
• Reviewing new business intake forms
• Assisting with the clearance of lateral conflicts (when necessary)
• Preparing detailed conflicts of interest reports for Partners
• Plus much more.

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:

• Have prior/existing experience from a US or international law firm, within a Legal Conflicts focused role (essential)
• Have prior/existing experience in data intake processing
• Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
• Ideally, be educated to degree level
