Job summary

Rullion is seeking an experienced Configuration Engineer for a site-based contract in the UK, spanning Bridgwater and Bristol, to support major infrastructure programmes.

You will drive configuration management processes, coordinate design changes, and maintain configuration integrity across the project lifecycle, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
• Experience supporting engineering projects within highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of engineering processes and configuration management principles.
• Excellent organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• The ability to analyse technical information and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Configuration Engineer

Up to £310 per day PAYE / £420 per day Umbrella (DOE)
Contract until the end of 2026 initially - subject to extension

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Configuration Engineer to join a major engineering project based in Bridgwater, Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting configuration management activities on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes.

Working within a highly collaborative engineering environment, you'll help ensure that design configuration is effectively controlled throughout the project lifecycle, supporting technical teams and stakeholders to maintain compliance, quality and configuration integrity.

The Role
