Job summary

Configuration Engineer role based in Bristol with hybrid pattern. You will support a major nuclear power project, ensuring alignment between design and construction while complying with UK nuclear regulations.

The role requires strong configuration management experience, coordinating activities across stakeholders, managing design changes, and maintaining accurate configuration records.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical background with the ability to analyse technical documents.
• Knowledge of configuration management principles.
• Understanding of engineering requirements, quality processes and CDM regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Nuclear industry experience, including familiarity with nuclear site licence conditions.
• Ability to track progress, manage priorities and escalate issues effectively.

Job Title Configuration Engineer

Summary We are currently recruiting for a Configuration Engineer to support a major nuclear power project, based in Bristol with a hybrid working pattern. This role is suited to candidates with strong configuration management experience who can ensure alignment between design and construction while maintaining compliance with UK nuclear regulations.
