Job summary

Jobtailor in Crawley, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Configuration Management professional to lead CM activities within projects. You will establish and implement CM plans, coordinate CM tasks, and oversee baselines, audits, and board governance.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, proven CM experience, PLM tool knowledge, and SC security clearance. You will work within an integrated team, ensuring contractual requirements are met and CM practices are applied to hardware

Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering discipline
• Proven experience in the field of configuration management
• Experience in an integrated team combining specific developments and off-the-shelf solution
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Great knowledge of system integration principles
• Mastery of relevant tools related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Ability to adapt and assess the configuration management system as well as contractual and commercial requirements
• Knowledge in Hardware & Software CM practices and tools
• Security Clearance Statement for SC Clearance
