Our client is looking for a Graduate Conference Production Assistant. This role will start as a 6-month internship with the potential to move into a permanent role.

Conference agenda and speaker management
  • Research, produce, and update conference agendas and show content
  • Invite and liaise with high-level speakers and clients worldwide
  • Support marketing efforts by understanding key markets
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to drive registration, revenue, and interest
  • Collaborate with Event Directors, marketing, sales, operations teams, and external agencies
  • Manage and brief speakers, establish strong relationships
  • Maintain and update event agendas, programmes, marketing collateral, and websites
  • Edit show websites as needed
The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Flexible and adaptable to ad-hoc duties across departments
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
  • Creativity and passion for the industry
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Familiarity with InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with senior executives via phone, email, and social media
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and requests effectively
