About the role

We are delighted to share a role within the Shoot Production Executive F&F Clothing. The Shoot Production team organises every image needed, from cut-out imagery and online display to campaign billboards. This role covers sample organisation, production, and overseeing the images and delivery of all assets. It suits someone with a strong understanding of shoot production and confidence in managing the end-to-end process of asset creation.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing the lifecycle of all samples, ensuring teams are aware of all sample information and expectations.
  2. Overseeing and maintaining accurate shoot and sample critical paths.
  3. Overseeing sign-offs and ensuring smooth product handover from product teams.
  4. Creating and maintaining a shoot bible to deliver required information to agencies, including shot codes and styling notes.
  5. Supporting and managing the creation of content briefs.
  6. Marking up retouch notes to support the retouching process.
  7. Ensuring samples are collated, packed, and sent to shoots correctly, and returned post-shoot.
  8. Supporting the Shoot Manager on set with shoots, handling sample queries.
  9. Crafting compelling product descriptions and copy.
  10. Attending shoots, working with freelance and agency partners to deliver imagery.
  11. Driving shoot day efficiencies to ensure high-quality, timely shoots.
  12. Supporting various shoots, sample management, and day-to-day department operations.
  13. Creating content for social media platforms, including videos and stills.
  14. Keeping up-to-date with fashion trends through market research and collaboration with buying and design teams.
You will need
  • Experience in end-to-end production of photoshoots.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies.
  • Experience with lifestyle imagery shoots.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Team player with relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter capable of managing and prioritizing workload.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on time.
  • Awareness of social media landscape and experience in the clothing retail industry.
  • Experience editing video content.
