Base pay range

Conference Producer (Tech/AI/Data) – Up to £50k + bonus, benefits

Our client is a successful and fast-growth conference and trade show business, linking key decision-makers and delivering world-class events. Due to growth, they have a new role for a talented and innovative Conference Producer who can successfully handle their unique conference portfolio across Europe and the Middle East.

What will I be doing?

This role has a real lovely blend of content production, research, project management, speaker management and also the on-site management of events:

• Content Development and in-depth research on industry trends and emerging topics.
• Creation of engaging agenda topics, securing high-profile speakers for alignment with audience interests.
• Creation and execution of session descriptions, event agendas, speaker bios and promotional content.
• Project Management, planning and managing program production, campaigns, and speaker budgets.
• Collaboration with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to maximize event attendance.
• Overseeing speaker management to identify and liaise with potential speakers and moderators and coordinate attendance.
• On-site management for the delivery of live events to ensure a seamless experience across logistics and production, including audio/visual elements.
• Post-Event analysis and reports to measure impact and guide future planning.

What do I need?

Our client is looking to bring on board a truly talented Conference Producer who is passionate about creating world-class trade shows and working in a highly collaborative environment. You will need:

• Strong conference management experience, experience from tech, IT, data useful but not essential and all sectors will be considered
• Experience in speaker management and agenda development.
• Excellent project management, research and analytical skills
• Additional languages a bonus but not essential
• Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and innovative aproach
• Curious mindset, always looking for ways to improve and strengthen relationships
• Passion for events!
