As a Conference Producer supporting events and products managed from our client’s London office, you will be involved in all aspects of research and execution, with a strong focus on year-round content planning and programme development for global conferences. The role also includes broader elements of conference management and plays a vital part in supporting the growth and success of our clients and their stakeholders.

This is an exciting and diverse role that requires intellectual independence, creativity, and the ability to think beyond the traditional commercial conference model. Your core objective will be to develop compelling content and help build a long-term reputation for excellence in the global market—supporting our client’s vision to become a leading provider of world-class leadership summits.

The Job:

• Programme research and development to identify commercial topics and industry-relevant content and speaker interviews
• Development and management of relationships with relevant market stakeholders, including industry leaders, partner organisations, vendors, and media
• Source, invite, and confirm senior-level speakers and moderators
• Assess regional and global market dynamics to identify opportunities for conference content development
• Collaborate with commercial managers and sales teams to identify targets for sponsorship and delegate sales
• Write and deliver sales briefings to ensure targets are met and messages are aligned
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective marketing strategies and messaging
• Ensure onsite delivery is executed with excellence, maintaining strong relationships with speakers, attendees, and sponsors
• Maintain close communication with your line manager, providing weekly/monthly reports on event progress

You will leverage your industry expertise, relationships, and executive committees to shape content, PR, communications, marketing messaging, brand positioning, and press releases, working closely with marketing to achieve these objectives.
