Conference Producer & Online Content Creator

Join our fast-paced team as a Conference Producer & online content creator and be part of creating memorable events that bring together industry experts and thought leaders from around the world. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for researching, planning, and executing events that stimulate discussion, promote innovation, and make an impact. You will also enhance our digital channels by creating valuable content, stories, and leveraging industry insights from speakers.

Conference Producer Responsibilities & Duties

1. Develop conference programs
2. Acquire and manage speakers, including replacements
3. Create advisory committees for each event
4. Stay updated on new interactive formats in the event industry
5. Create content supporting summits, collaborating with industry experts and speakers for proprietary content for on-site sharing and marketing
6. Coordinate with marketing teams to align content with promotional strategies and increase event visibility
7. Generate engaging digital content based on industry trends and speaker insights to maximize audience engagement
8. Research industry trends and develop innovative event concepts
9. Identify and engage potential speakers, sponsors, and attendees
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage logistics
11. Develop and oversee budgets and timelines
12. Ensure high standards and budget adherence in event execution
13. Evaluate event success with stakeholders and identify areas for improvement
