Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking a capable supervisor to lead the hospitality Food & Beverage team at Ashford International Hotel & Spa. You’ll guide and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving revenue by upselling promotions.

• Supervisory experience in hospitality food & beverage is required.
• Ability to operate in a professional, efficient, service-oriented environment.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Strong leadership to motivate and build teams.

Job Overview:

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Key Skills & Qualities:

• Previousexperience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
• Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits
• Excellent team motivator and team builder
