Job summary

Ashford International Hotel & Spa in Ashford, Kent, invites aspiring chefs to join our kitchen as a junior cook. Under the supervision of a Chef De Partie you will assist in all sections, learn basics of food preparation, and develop your skills through on‑the‑job training and courses within The QHotels Collection.

Job Overview:

You will do food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef De Partie. Quickly learn the basics on the job whilst assisting in all sections of the kitchen operation as well as continuing to find new ways to learn and develop your skills both in and outside the kitchen.
