Job summary

Ashford International Hotel & Spa in Ashford, Kent, seeks a capable supervisor to lead the F&B team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. Working with your team, you’ll drive service excellence, ensure proper training, and upsell promotions to guests.

The 4-star, 179-bedroom property features the Horizon restaurant and the Quench bar, with afternoon tea, private dining and meetings spaces. Leisure facilities include a gym, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and an Elemis spa.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality F&B.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality service operation.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and builder.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise your team to deliver high guest experience.
• Drive revenue by upselling and promoting promotions.
• Ensure training is completed for all team members.

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
