The QHotels Collection in Ashford, Kent, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Manager and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. You will tackle daily repair tasks, coordinate with all departments, and address issues with a practical, proactive approach to safety.

Ideal candidates have maintenance experience in any trade, good attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative.

What will I do?

To assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out various tasks, ensure a safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members. You will work together daily with all departments and deal with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues that compromise Health & Safety and security.
