We are seeking an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for colleagues and customers, managing schedules, providing feedback, documentation, and information.

The goal is to enhance hotel sales performance and contribute to the company's growth.

This dual role involves assisting the sales manager in securing events and overseeing event operations on the day.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage sales activities by coordinating schedules, filing documents, and communicating relevant information
  2. Ensure availability of sales-related equipment and materials
  3. Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support
  4. Store and analyze financial and non-financial data, and generate reports
  5. Process orders accurately and promptly
  6. Inform clients of delays or issues
  7. Monitor progress, identify shortcomings, and suggest improvements
  8. Assist in preparing promotional materials and organizing events
  9. Ensure compliance with laws and policies
  10. Organize and oversee operational events
