Our hair extensions, aftercare products, and electrical stylers have earned recognition among the beauty press and on the red carpet. Beauty Works operates internationally, serving both salon professionals and consumers, and is owned by a Beauty Industry Group based in Salt Lake City. It holds the largest market share in the hair extensions industry.

Job Summary

The Production & Events Coordinator will manage and develop shoot production planning and event coordination for both B2C and B2B customers. The role focuses on planning and communicating campaign launches and critical path strategies across various marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, an expert planner, and enthusiastic about integrating multiple elements that resonate with our customer base.

Role Outline

1. Collaborate with brand, e-commerce, sales, and creative teams to develop a cohesive production schedule and manage communication for all pre- and post-production activities.
2. Handle pre-production plans for Retail (DTC) and Trade salon (B2B), including talent and model casting, budget tracking, coordinating stylists and MUAs, and sharing call sheets and shot lists.
3. Brief all crew and shoot teams on campaign objectives and requirements to ensure smooth execution, adherence to timelines and budgets, and effective asset delivery.
4. Work closely with the Creative Production and Brand Managers to ensure all copywriting and post-production creative assets are captured, compiled into style guides, and accessible for briefing across channels.
5. Coordinate with the Brand Manager to define retail (DTC) event programs or launches, including talent and supplier coordination and budgeting.

Candidate Profile

1. 4+ years of experience in a client-side or agency role related to Shoot Management, Events, or Brand Campaign Marketing.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Social media and influencer experience is desirable but not essential.
4. Enthusiasm for the Beauty Works brand, its communities, and popular culture.
5. Proficient in copywriting, PowerPoint, Excel, and campaign/event budgeting.
6. Excellent communication skills, capable of clarifying priorities and guiding teams.
7. Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
8. Strong project management and organizational skills.
9. Willingness to travel internationally if required.
10. Comfortable leading projects and communicating across departments.
