The Eastside Rooms, part of Aimbridge Hospitality, is seeking a Conference and Events Assistant in Birmingham. You will support weddings, corporate functions, and private events from setup to delivery, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction within a busy hotel environment.

Your role involves setting up spaces, serving food, working in a bar, and ensuring areas are presented to a high standard while responding promptly to guest requests and maintaining health and safety

Qualifications

• Team-oriented hospitality mindset required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Relevant experience in fast-paced service or events preferred.
• Flexible with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up rooms for conferences and events from start to finish.
• Serve food and work in a busy bar setting while maintaining standards.
• Respond to guest requests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
