Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Conference and Events Assistant in Maidstone to help deliver high-standard events from setup to delivery, including weddings, corporate functions and private events, within a busy hotel environment.

You will work with colleagues across the hotel to respond to guest requests, maintain presentation standards and ensure safe, smooth operations for every event.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure effective communication and seamless event delivery.
• Maintain clean, organised work areas and follow health and safety standards.
