Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa in Newmarket seeks casual Conference & Events waiting staff to join a friendly, flexible team delivering exceptional service for conferences and weddings. You will help ensure guests receive attentive service and support the event team to meet schedules across business and celebratory occasions.

Role is casual with opportunities in waiting and bar-type duties; you should be ready to work evenings and weekends, be well-presented, and thrive in a busy hospitality

The successful candidate will be joining our Conference & Events team at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa to provide an exceptional experience for guests hosting and attending a variety of events. The Position

As part of the Conference & Events waiting team you will join a friendly, flexible and customer-focused team, catering a wide variety of events and celebrations held at Bedford Lodge Hotel.

You will play a key part in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service, whether their event be for business or pleasure.

A week working in the Conference and Events Department will vary, you will be trained to look after corporate conferences, ensuring their day meets an important schedule, as well as fulfilling a couple’s dreams, waiting on their wedding day until the party is over.

With no two days the same, you will have the self-motivation to thrive in a demanding environment working alongside your peers.

We are looking for casual waiting staff as well as casual bar-trained team members, so please specify your experience upon application.

• You are physical fit and able to meet the demands of the role
