Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking Conference and Events Assistants to join our team in the UK. You will be hands-on in setting up meeting spaces from small meetings to large events, and you will manage audiovisual systems to ensure seamless presentations during conferences and banquets.

• Experience in hospitality or events is beneficial.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, personable touch.
• Flexible to work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting and event spaces for group sizes from 6 to 400.
• Set up meeting rooms and audiovisual systems for events.
• Serve banquets for up to 180 guests.
• Support the conference caf and assist guests as part of the hospitality team.

  We are looking for Conference and Events Assistants to join the team delivering to our guests an exceptional experience. You will be hands on setting up meeting spaces from a meeting for 6 through to an event for 400.
