Job summary

Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa in Newmarket is seeking casual waiting staff and bar-trained team members to join our Conference & Events team. You will cater to a variety of events and celebrations, providing exceptional service for guests whether business or leisure, and help ensure weddings run smoothly.

The successful candidate will be joining our Conference & Events team at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa to provide an exceptional experience for guests hosting and attending a variety of events. The Position

As part of the Conference & Events waiting team you will join a friendly, flexible and customer-focused team, catering a wide variety of events and celebrations held at Bedford Lodge Hotel.

You will play a key part in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service, whether their event be for business or pleasure.

A week working in the Conference and Events Department will vary, you will be trained to look after corporate conferences, ensuring their day meets an important schedule, as well as fulfilling a couple’s dreams, waiting on their wedding day until the party is over.

With no two days the same, you will have the self-motivation to thrive in a demanding environment working alongside your peers.

We are looking for casual waiting staff as well as casual bar-trained team members, so please specify your experience upon application.
