Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel London City is seeking a Conference & Banqueting Team Member (M&E Porter). You’ll be the face of the venue, delivering warm, guest‑facing service while setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to the Leonardo standard.

In a vibrant team, you’ll greet organisers, think on your feet to meet guests’ needs and help the department hit its KPIs. The role includes on‑the‑floor training, wellbeing support and progression opportunities across Leonardo’s hotels.
