Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Hinckley Island is seeking a C&B Night Porter to greet guests during night shifts, set up and refresh rooms for events, and assist the M&E team to deliver a first‑class experience.

The role requires a friendly, proactive approach and strong communication. You’ll work nights as part of a vibrant team, with training opportunities and progression paths across the Leonardo Hotels portfolio.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly personality and great communication skills.
• Hands-on team player able to set up, refresh and clear rooms to Leonardo standards.
• Flexible and self-motivated, able to work nights and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Set up, refresh and clear rooms for meetings and events to Leo standards.
• Welcome organisers and ensure guests’ needs are met during events.
• Support M&E activities and work well within a team to achieve KPIs.
