Job summary

The Lowry Hotel is seeking a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Conference and Banqueting department in Manchester. You will supervise setup, brief staff, coordinate food and beverage service, and work closely with Events and Kitchen teams to ensure flawless delivery of each function.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operation of the Conference and Banqueting department.
• Oversee setup and preparation of function rooms; brief staff before events.
• Coordinate food and beverage service; ensure guest requirements are met.
• Work with Events, Kitchen and other departments to deliver high standards.
• Monitor service quality and presentation; maintain cleanliness.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
