Qualifications

• Experience in conference and banqueting or food service is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to relay information clearly.
• Flexible approach to shift patterns across weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly and generous service to guests during meetings and events.
• Set up rooms, arrange tables, stock and prepare equipment for events.
• Assist with service steps, ensuring a guest-centric experience.
• Know menus and offer recommendations; coordinate with bar/kitchen teams.
• Maintain professional image and deliver consistent guest care.
