Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK (formerly Hanson UK) is seeking a highly organised Concrete Dispatch Coordinator to support the batching, planning and distribution of concrete across the region from our Cardiff central office.

You will coordinate a team, monitor KPI performance, manage customer orders and ensure safety and compliance while delivering excellent service and efficient operations.

• Coordinate remote batching activities and monitoring of batching accuracy and KPI achievement.
• Assist with delivery scheduling and use planning tools to optimize distribution.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, provide guidance and performance support.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, batching and operational activities, ensuring compliance.
