Heidelberg Materials UK, formerly Hanson UK, is seeking a hands-on Batching Plant Operative at our Chester site. You will produce high-quality concrete and mortar, work with the Order Office and site teams, and help maintain a clean, safe site environment.

This role requires Front-End Loader experience, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service. Training is provided and overtime opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Front-End Loader (FEL) experience required.
• Willing to work independently on a one-person site.
• Must have strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Produce concrete and mortar to exact requirements.
• Operate batching plant safely and effectively.
• Carry out routine maintenance and daily stock checks.
